These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Caitlin Coroneos ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Caitlin Coroneos (ABN: 27 357 887 727), via caitlincoroneos.com ("the Site"). By purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Products

We sell digital Notion planner templates and related digital resources designed for university students ("Products"). Products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.

Products are provided as templates for personal productivity and organisational purposes only. They are not a substitute for academic, financial, medical or professional advice, and we make no guarantee about academic outcomes resulting from their use.

2. Eligibility & Third-Party Platforms

Our Products are built for use with Notion, a third-party platform operated by Notion Labs, Inc. You will need your own Notion account (a free account is sufficient) to access and use our Products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Notion or any changes Notion makes to its platform that may affect the functionality of our Products.

3. Purchases & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • Payment is processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including after payment, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Digital Delivery & Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Product via email and/or an instant download/access link, typically within a few minutes. If you haven't received access within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@caitlincoroneos.com.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and active email address at checkout. If you accidently provided the wrong email address please reach out to the above email contact.

  • It is your responsibility to save, duplicate or export your copy of the Product (e.g. into your own Notion workspace) promptly after purchase.

5. Licence to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own personal use only.

You are NOT permitted to:

  • Resell or commercially exploit the Product

  • Distribute, share or transfer the Product to any third party

  • Upload the Product to any public platform (including template marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or free template directories)

  • Modify the Product for resale or redistribution

  • Claim the Product, or any part of it, as your own original work

Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your access and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, layout and structure of our Products remain the intellectual property of Caitlin Coroneos. Purchase of a Product grants you a licence to use it as set out in Clause 5. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

7. Refunds & Returns

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We do, however, provide a full refund or replacement where required under the Australian Consumer Law, for example, where a Product is faulty, or significantly different from its description.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or using a Product, please contact us at contact@caitlincoroneos.com within 7 days of purchase so we can help you resolve it.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Customer Conduct

You agree to use our Products and Site lawfully and not to engage in conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or that infringes the rights of others (including our intellectual property rights as set out above).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Product.

  • Nothing in this clause excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, platform disruptions (including Notion or Stripe outages), natural disasters, government actions or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Email Communications & Marketing

By purchasing from us, you agree to receive transactional emails relating to your order, including confirmations, invoices and access details.

With your consent, we may also send promotional emails about future products, updates and offers. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email.

12. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your information is used for:

  • Processing purchases

  • Delivering Products

  • Customer support

  • Marketing (where consent is provided)

13. International Purchases

We sell to customers worldwide. All pricing remains in AUD. International customers are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to them, including any import taxes or duties that may apply (though these are typically not applicable to digital goods).

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase and use of our Products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
